OUR STORY
As I walked through many graveyards looking for generations of lost family members I noticed a lot of beautiful and unique headstones and wondered who were these people? what were their stories? what did they look like? Always being the curious one, I took down names, dates of birth, dates of death and tried to research them on the web, to my disappointment they had no stories. Feeling sad that these people had long been forgotten, I prayed that they were celebrating in heaven with other loved ones. One day while walking through a cemetery looking at a wall filled with urns the idea of Talking Headstones came to me. I quickly called my sons Shane & Joey telling them "I have a great idea" Shane being the entrepreneur in the family said "Let me guess Mama, you have another million dollar idea" After describing my business concept, he flashed me that Big Beautiful Smile and said "Oh my God Mama, that really is a million dollar idea, we have to turn it into a business and I'm going to help you, but first we have to come up with a name, we settled on "Talking Headstones". My Son Shane passed away on July 25, 2022, leaving both myself and My eldest son Joseph forever heartbroken. A year later in honor of my son's Joseph & Shane, I decided to move forward with Talking Headstones, by Trademarking the name and stickers with The U.S Patent & Trademark Office. Here's to you my son's, the Loves of my life, my forever.
